Understanding and Navigating Treatment Plans:

Once you have a diagnosis, treatment plans and options can sometimes feel overwhelming. I can assist in explaining your treatment options, supporting you in making decisions, and even helping you navigate multiple providers or treatments. Going to the doctor can sometimes feel like a blur. I can help you prepare by guiding you in creating a list of questions to ask, making sure you understand what’s happening with your health, and ensuring you leave your appointment with clear next steps. Together, we’ll ensure you feel confident in your healthcare choices.

Advocating for Aging Parents:

Caring for aging parents comes with its own unique set of challenges, especially when it comes to healthcare. I can help you understand your parent’s medical needs, communicate effectively with doctors, and ensure they’re receiving the best possible care. Whether it's helping with medications, coordinating care between specialists, or understanding senior care options, I’m here to support both you and your aging parent.

Interpreting Medical Information:

Medical terminology can be overwhelming and confusing. I help you break down complex diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and test results so you can make informed decisions. With my nursing background, I can explain things clearly and offer you a better understanding of what your healthcare providers are saying.

About Me

My Story

After 15 years in nursing, I saw how often people were dismissed by medical professionals, confused by their lab results, or unsure where to turn next.  That's why I combine clinical insight with patience and common language, to help you to understand your body, trust your instincts, navigate the medical system and ultimately feel better.  I'm your personal health advocate and coach.

To begin, simply reach out through my contact form

What types of health concerns do you specialize in

I navigate lab results, chronic symptoms, and help you make sense of confusing or unresolved health issues for yourself and those caring for aging family members.

Is ongoing support provided?

Absolutely, I offer continuous support to ensure you feel supported.

Do I need lab work before starting?

Having recent lab results can be very helpful, but not required.  If you don't have labs yet, we can discuss how to obtain them or focus on symptom tracking and lifestyle strategies first.

Do I still have to see my Doctor?

As a coach with a background in nursing, I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions.  Instead, I focus on symptoms, personalized support, education, and helping you to take actionable steps outside of the clinical setting.  I help bridge the gap between medical advice and everyday wellness  so you can feel informed, empowered, and confident advocating for yourself.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, I provide virtual consultations and locally in person.
